KFalls defeats EP in close one

The Eagle Point volleyball team played in Klamath Falls on Oct. 9 against the Klamath Union Pelicans and lost a heart breaker 3 games to 2 (18-25; 22-25; 25-16; 25-22; 12-15). Libero Marsha Devaughn had 34 digs, Missy Rohdes had 18 digs, senior Ellery Kaiser had 23 assists and 8 digs, Ashley Josephson had 15 assists and 10 digs. senior Kayla Mathis had 18 kills, Cady Landman had 9 blocks and 8 kills and Kaitie Jolliffe had 15 kills and 13 digs.
The Eagles traveled to Grants Pass Oct. 11 for a non-conference game. Their next conference game will be Tuesday, Oct. 16, against the Crater Comets in Eagle Point. Please come support your Eagle’s volleyball team as they work to keep their goal of reaching the state playoffs alive.
