Prospect volleyball leads league with perfect 9-0

According to Prospect Lady Cougar coach, Marci Gallagher, the team is leading the league with a perfect 9-0 record with just three conference games remaining.
Prospect dispatched second place Hosanna on Oct. 12 after dropping the first game of the match, 14-25.  After the wake-up call, the Cougars took the next three by scores of 25-17, 25-20 and 25-21.

They followed that up with a three-straight against rival Butte Falls by scores of 24-8, 25-15 and 25-11. 
a firm grasp on first place, the Cougars traveled to Gilchrist on
Friday, then returned on Saturday for a tournament, also at Gilchrist.
last week of the season finds the Cougars in Klamath Falls on Friday
for a game with Triad, then they return home for the season-ending game
against North Lake.   Prior to the game on Oct. 20, the school will
honor the seniors.
Coach Gallagher would like to remind area
residents of the dinner and dessert auction on Oct. 25 in the
Multipurpose room.  All proceeds go into the regional/state fund to
help with the cost of playoff transportation and incidentals for the
team while traveling.
