Alfred M. Heindel

Alfred Michael Heindel, 73, of Eagle Point, died Oct. 26, 2007 in Medford.
He was born Aug. 1, 1934 in Saginaw, Mich.
Mr. Heindel served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was also a railroad engineer, a teacher, and very active in his church. He owned and flew his own airplane by the age of 16.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Dorothy; four sons, Michael, Steven, John and Christopher, five grandchildren, and a sister, Betty.
He will be deeply missed by his family and many friends whose lives he has blessed.
The funeral service for Mr. Heindel was Nov. 5 at the First Baptist Church in Medford.
