Marijuana bust in Eagle Point

Friday, Dec. 14, investigators with the Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team (JACNET) executed a search warrant on Kristie Davis-Brodd, 34,  and her residence, at 400 block of  Minerva in Eagle Point.
Investigators located approximately 10 oz. Of marijuana, packaging materials, digital scales and other paraphernalia associated with the use, delivery and manufacture of marijuana.
The residence is located with 1000 ft. of and visible from  Eagle Point High School.
Investigators have reason to believe Davis-Brodd has been associated with the delivery of marijuana to juveniles in the area for an extended period of time.
JACNET arrested Davis-Brodd on similar charges in June of this year. There is at least one additional suspect outstanding in this case, according to the sheriff’s department, and the investigation is continuing.
Davis-Brodd was arrested on possession, distribution, manufacture of a controlled substance, marijuana; distribution and manufacture of marijuana within 1000 ft. of a school and conspiracy to commit distribution marijuana.
