Easter Egg Hunts will be held in Eagle Point and White City at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Mar. 22. The Eagle Point event will be held on the old Eagle Point Junior High football field. This event starts at 11 a.m. Sharp and is probably over no later than 11:01.
Eagle Point age groups are: 2 and under, 3-4 years, 5-7, 8-9, 10-11 and special needs. Lots of free candy and stuffed animals. One special prize per age group. And, if it rains, it will be held inside the gym.
The Eagle Point event is sponsored by the Eagle Point Community Association.
In White City, the day begins with the traditional pancake breakfast with members of the sheriff’s department. Tickets are $3 for adults and $1 for children. That runs from 8:30-10:30. At the same time there will be activities for children and then at 11 a.m., it is the annual Easter Egg Hunt. All children need to be accompanied by an adult. All activities are at White City elementary.
There will be a raffle of filled Easter baskets and many other great items at the White City event.
The activities in White City are sponsored by the White City Community Improvement Association, White City Community Action Team, Valley Christian Fellowship and White City Elementary.
