Harnish grand opening

The remainder of the murals at Harnish Wayside are scheduled to be put in place this week with the Grand Opening scheduled on Saturday, May 24. There will be a ribbon cutting at 10 a.m.
The murals will include Takelma Indians, Avenue of the Flags, salmon and Little Butte Creek, early families, logging and early businesses, Camp White and present day Eagle Point.
The Wayside, patterned after the Harnish Livery Stables, is located at the corner of Hwy. 62 and Old Hwy. 62 (cross from the  Nick Young intersection.) Current hours are 10-2 p.m. seven days a week. Memorial Day weekend they will be open from 9-4. It is expected that summer hours will increase to 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday and Sunday 9-6 p.m.
