“Rogue River Autumn”, by Linda Curtis

On April 1, Joan Brown and Linda Curtis, two long time friends, artists and Rogue Valley residents opened their new studio gallery.  The Brown and Curtis Studio Gallery will be a working space for both artists.  Traditional oils, watercolors and pastels will be in some stage of development from conception to finish each day.  They invite people to stop by more than once and watch a painting being created from start to finish.

Brown and Curtis, both previously shown at Art and Soul Gallery, have
been artists for over 20 years and the beauty of the Rogue Valley is
often the subject of their traditional landscapes.  Other subjects are
also portrayed in their work.  Curtis is working on fall scenes of the
Rogue River in both oils and pastels.  Both are award winning artists
who have had their art in national, international and museum
exhibitions.
