Michael Carl Pfost

Michael Carl "Cowboy" Pfost, 54, of Eagle Point, died June 12, 2008 at his home.
The service for Mr. Pfost will be at the Eagle Point National Cemetery at 9 a.m. June 17, with Scott Elam, of the Oregon Veteran’s Motorcycle Association, officiating. Visitation is June 16 from 6- 7 p.m. at Conger-Morris, Medford Chapel.
     
Mr.  Pfost was born on June 22, 1953 in Wadsworth, Ohio to Carl E. Pfost and Barbara J. (Bryson) Pfost. He served in the U.S. Army. Mr. Pfost was a carpenter by trade. He belonged to the American Legion and to the Oregon Veteran’s Motorcycle Association.
   
He is survived by his significant other, Susanne Ritter; a son, Jamie Madigan of Ohio; daughters, Rebecca Pfost of Ohio, Tracy Edmonds of England, Mykayla and Destiny Pfost of Main; a sister, Diana Chamberlin, Eagle Point; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Pfost.
