Ausland Builders, of Grants Pass, has been selected to build a new rehabilitation facility at the Veterans Administration Southern Oregon Rehabilitation and Clinic campus in White City. The project cost is approximately $3.6 Million and will be complete by summer of 2009.
The new facility will emulate the historic architecture of the campus

Ausland hires two assistant project managers
Ernest recently joined Ausland Builders’ operations team and was named
Assistant Project Manager. Ernest brings with her experience as
Project Engineer with Layton Construction building several large
high-end retail facilities for Cabela’s in excess of $30 million each.
Prior to her work with Layton she served as Project Engineer for a
large, regional HVAC contractor. Ernest earned her BS degree in
Mechanical Engineering Technology from Cal State Polytechnic University
Michael Neron recently joined Ausland Builders’
operations team in the position of Assistant Project Manager. Neron
brings with him experience as Project Manager and Estimator with Eric
Artner Construction building various medical, multi-family and
hospitality facilities. Neron earned his BA degree in Organizational
Studies from Pitzer College in Claremont, California.
