Juveniles spray paint and damage HS gym

Six male Eagle Point juveniles have been referred to JDH as a result of two incidents in Eagle Point.
Senior Office LaFord apprehended two male juveniles for spray painting fences, garage doors and vehicles with silver spray paint and foul messages. The streets were Buchanan, Crystal, Phyllis, Diane and Devonwood. Damage was estimated at $2,000.
Officer Hoschler apprehended four males for causing damage to the high school gym (that is part of the main high school structure). They were on the roof and pried open a roof vent and then urinated and defecated in the hole. That damage was estimated at $1,250.
Both incidents occurred on Aug. 17.
 Eight  were detained for criminal mischief II; four for trespass II, and two for curfew violation. All were referred to JDH.
