Ramona B. Kiser, 62, of Eagle Point, died Oct.. 30, 2008 at her home.
Mrs. Kiser was born on Nov. 23, 1945, in Winona, Minn. to parents, Jim Modjeski, of Roanoke, Ala. and Delores, Aley, of Portland. She moved to Oregon in 1968, and has lived at her current residence since 1973.
On Feb. 28, 1964, she married Frank Kiser in El Sobrante, Calif. She owned Ramona Kiser Tax Service from 1982-2002 in Eagle Point. Mrs. Kiser was a member of the Oregon Tax Association and of the Eagle Point Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Kristy Artman, of Eagle Point, and Kelly Peterson, of Klamath Falls; sisters, Sherry Carlson, of Aurora, Ore. And Sue Hiscoe, of Portland; a brother, Mike Modjeski of Sandy, Ore, and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Herb Aley and son-in-law, Rick Skogseth.
The memorial service for Mrs. Kiser was held Nov. 7 at 1 p.m. at the Eagle Point Church of the Nazarene.
Conger-Morris Central Point Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
