Medford's Liberty Bank robbed

On Dec. 23, at about 10:30 a.m., Medford Police received a report of an armed robbery at Liberty Bank, 295 E.. Barnett Road. Officers arrived within two minutes and determined the lone suspect fled the scene on foot prior to their arrival.
    
Detectives learned that the suspect entered the bank, displayed a handgun to an employee and demanded money. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money. He was last observed northbound through the Winco parking lot.
   
The suspect is described as a white male in his late 50s or 60s, approximately 6 ft. 2 in., slender build, grey hair with a full beard and mustache, cut short or close. He had a light blue baseball cap with light colored writing, tan long sleeve button shirt, blue jeans, sandals with socks.
