Farm Festival Apr. 25-26 at the Wood House

The Wood House will be the center of activity this week with the Southern Oregon Farm Festival on Saturday, Apr. 25 from 9-5 and Sunday, Apr. 26 from 9-4 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults, $2 for ages 7-12 and for seniors.
There will be numerous displays and activities on both days with two items scheduled at specific times. The Oregon Sheep Dog Society with Bill Orr will present a demonstration with sheep herding both days from 11-1 and from 1-3 p.m. both days, Will McLaughlin will show how to cook outdoors using a Dutch oven.
Some of the other events will involve poetry, musicians and artists; black smith, wild west games for children and a display from the Early Gas Engines & Tractor Assoc.
The Wood House is located 1.4 miles north of Eagle Point at 12988 Hwy, 62. Parking will be available across from the Wood House at Willamette Egg Ranch.
