in Medford, Oregon to Hugh Huntley and Lois (Wright) Huntley.  She was preceded in death by her father Hugh
Huntley and brother James Huntley. Carole is survived by her mother Lois
Huntley, brothers William, Abe and Gary, daughter Celena Carter, and

Carole and
Rodney were married June 28th 1997.
They spent their lives doing everything together – loving life, visiting
with family and friends, working together in their own business, traveling
throughout the world, and enjoying gardening. Carole was active in her church
and always was there to help any of her family or friends that were in need.  Her greatest pleasure was to create joy and
happiness for all those around her.

She loved to help clean up the environment by
volunteering with the SOLV organization; cleaning up our rivers, lakes,
especially the beaches of Oregon’s coastline. She enjoyed camping and hunting
and never missed her shot.  She was
passionate about the Rogue River spending most of her life on it.  She loved floating the river and sitting in
her yard along the river reading and visiting with her mother.

A memorial service will be held July 11, 2009 at 1 PM
at St John Lutheran Church, 42 Alta Vista Road, Eagle Point.
