Paul Edward Fowler, 81, of Eagle Point, died Aug. 31, 2009 at his home.
He was born May 13, 1928 in South Carolina to Thomas Fowler and Nancy Gentree. On Apr. 6, 1973, he married Claudia Cosgrove, who survives.
Mr. Fowler served in the U.S. Navy. He worked as an auto mechanic and was ordained in the Full Gospel Fellowship. He was a member of the American Legion and Heritage Christian Center Church of God.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Thomas Fowler, Harrel Neal and Dale Neal; daughters, Gale Nicolini, Freda Kemm Cowger, Johnnette Martinez and Terry Vincent; sisters, Vera Kouba and Lillian Paulson; 24 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by daughter, Stephanie; sisters, Dicie Lee and Beulah Morrison; brothers, Lee Fowler and Harry Fowler and grandson, Jason Cowger.
The memorial service for Mr. Fowler was held Sept. 5 at Heritage Christian Center Church of God in Medford. Pastor Everett Lobaugh officiated.
