Jo Ann Rogde is remembered as a loving wife and mother. She was a homemaker most of her life, caring for her husband, Elvin and children.
Elvin and Jo Ann were married on Aug. 27, 1955, almost 55 years ago.
Some of her hobbies included watching soap operas, cross stitching, enjoying flowers and camping. Her favorite place was Brookings, Ore. and traveling with her best friend, Leslie.
Jo Ann’s favorite things to do there was spending time with family around the bonfire and walking on the beach. Some of the favorite memories were that Jo Ann loved hamburgers and French fries, and watching the snow fall.
She is survived by her husband, Elvin, and her four sons, Leonard, of White City, Wes, of Eagle Point, Mike, Kenai, of Alaska and Terry, of Brookings.
A witness of interment will be at Eagle Point National Cemetery.
