The Morris Family Foundation Scholarship was established for graduates of four local high schools who are currently pursuing a degree in career/technical programs at Rogue Community College.
To meet scholarship criteria, students must have graduated from Butte Falls, Crater, Eagle Point, or Rogue River high school; plan to enroll in a one- or two-year career/technical or vocational degree or certificate program; demonstrate financial need; and plan to attend RCC for the 2009-10 winter and spring terms, enrolling in at least 6 credits per term and maintaining a GPA of 2.5 per term.

The Morris Family Foundation was awarded the Benefactor of the Year Award for Region X, which is comprised of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, British Columbia, and the Yukon Territories. The CRD Benefactor Award embodies the ideals of philanthropy, leadership, and volunteerism in the service of community, technical, and junior colleges.
