Friends of Eagle Pont FFA will hold their 2nd annual Dinner and Auction on Saturday, Dec. 12 at the high school cafeteria. Doors open at 5 p.m. to view the silent auction. Dinner is at 6 p.m. with the oral auction at 6:30 p.m.
Dinner is $10 per person. An individual membership is $20 and entitles you to one dinner ticket and five raffle tickets. A family membership is $40 and includes two dinner tickets and 10 raffle tickets. Membership is for one year.
A sample of items to be auctioned includes: flowers for a year from Heaven Scent Flowers & Gifts, steak knives from High Country Art, wine from Crater Lake Cellars, a gift card from Big R, hay from the Mike Bowles Ranch and Diamond B Ranch, one night stay at Rogue River Rv Park in Shady Cove, a week at Cabo Sans Lucas or Puerto de Verta, thanks to Debbie Trautman, a quarter page ad from Upper Rogue Independent and several decorated Christmas trees- one will feature John Deer items, and it is expected there will be Duck and a Beaver tree.
Corporate membership includes six dinner tickets, 30 raffle tickets and three family memberships along with an Eagle Point FFA sticker, thank you ad, announcement in the program, three poinsettias and three wreaths, available at the auction. All of this for just $150.
Tickets are available from any FFA member or committee members Theresa Leonardo 944-9867, Kathy DeVette 621-2606 or Cathy Lopez 826-2536. Advisors Curtis North at 830-6616 or Keith Frost 830-6631 have tickets and will be more than happy to receive items for the auction.
Tickets will be held at the cashiers table the evening of the auction and dinner. Checks should made to Friends of Eagle Point FFA, mail them to Eagle Point FFA, P.O. Box 198, Eagle Point, OR 97524.
