Exotic Dessert benefit for EPHS Boosters & EP Community Assoc.

{gallery}/03_09_10/spring{/gallery} The 17th annual Exotic Dessert Auction will be held Saturday, Mar.13 beginning at 7 p.m. at the Eagle Point High School Cafeteria.

This event is full of fun and definitely a unique event. Each dessert is “teamed” with a donation. As an example, you might bid on a carrot cake and receive five lessons on a computer or bid on two dozen cookies for a month and get a very well done piece of art by a well known area artist. Home decorating items, artwork, lottery gifts, gift certificates to LaQuinta, Burger King, handmade quilts, raft trip out of Shady Cove, overnight at White Rock Resort on the coast and dessert for a year, are just a few of the items. The list goes on with the help of J.B. Dimick, as auctioneer, and his side kicks who are more than anxious to receive the highest bid.

Your chances of winning a prize just because you are in attendance is rather good as the sponsors receive numerous donations for door prizes.

Individual desserts as well as complimentary beverages are available to enjoy during the evening.

Once again this event is sponsored by the Eagle Point Community Association in partnership with the Eagle Point High School Boosters.  These groups serve kids and community and look forward to continued community support of the Dessert Auction.
