The 60th Prospect Jamboree &Timber Carnival gets underway at 7 a.m. on Aug. 21 with a breakfast. From there it is parade time at 10. At the end of the parade, it will be time to enjoy booths and numerous games until the carnival ends at 6 p.m.
The biggest attraction of the day is the Timber Carnival, one of the few remaining in the country. And to celebrate the very special 60th year, Brian Bartow, a multi-gold speed climber will return as well Arnold the Clown. They are show-stoppers.
There is a small charge for the Timber Carnival– $5 for adults and $2 for kids.
