Dorothy Anne Hutchinson-Cherry, 70, of White City, died at her home on Nov. 4, 2010. She was born to Leonard and Lorraine (Hogue) Laughton on Aug. 7, 1940, in Crosby, Minn.
On Dec. 8, 1997, she married Shane Cherry in Payette, Idaho. She worked as a cook and a nursing assistant. She enjoyed crocheting, painting, bingo and cooking for her family.
Dorothy’s legacy is carried on by her husband; her sons, Delbert Hutchinson, Jr., of Klamath Falls, Daniel Hutchinson, of Douglas, Wyo., David Hutchinson and Dennis Hutchinson, both of Lakeview; daughters, Larraine Bingham, of Lakeview and Kim Weisenberger, of Douglas, Wyo.; a sister, Lisa Thoms, of Roseburg; brother, Denis Thomas, of Riddle, Ore. 20 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Alice Robinson and Jeanne Roswell; two brothers, Leonard Laughton and Robert Thoms; a daughter, Julie Wells and two grandchildren.
A memorial service was held Nov. 10 at the Recreational Hall on Ave. G in White City. Arrangements were by Conger-Morris, Medford.
