Kim Ragsdale, local national award winning artist, is featured in a one woman museum show entitled “Images in Graphite”. The show is February 15 through March 25 at the Grants Pass Museum of Art. Kim will be giving a demonstration and talk about her pencil techniques on March 4th from 6 – 7 p.m. during the 1st Friday Celebration in downtown Grant Pass.
“This is quite an honor,” commented Ragsdale, ” I have all my originals on display and have brought in many from my galleries in Montana and Texas. There are also pieces from private collections that I have never displayed. This will be a great opportunity for my local collectors and students to view all my work in one location.”
The artist will demonstrate her ultra-realistic pencil techniques and answer questions during the hour long discussion. The museum is located at 229 SW “G” Street in Grants Pass. Hours for this show are Tues. through Saturday, Noon to 4 p.m. The museum is free to the public. Questions? phone 541-479-3290 www.gpmuseum.com www.kimragsdale.com
