Arrested  was the driver, Harold Floyd Payne, Jr. 36, Central Point, on charges of felony eluding in vehcile, and possession controlled substance, meth; and, the passenger, Carl George Sullivant, 37, transient, on  charges of felony warrant, walk away from the work enter, possession controlled substance, meth and bribe giving.

Eagle Point Police assisted in the case. The vehcile was impounded. Other charges are being investigated.
