She was born Feb. 10, 1959, in Medford. She graduated from Eagle Point High School as salutatorian of her class in 1977. She entered the nursing program at Southern Oregon University until 1979. She was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where she attended naval nuclear power school in Orlando, Fla., from 1979-1980 in the top 10% of her class.
She resided in Pennsylvania for many years after her discharge, where she worked as a surety clerk for Safeco. In 2009, she moved to Central Point. Prior to her illness, she was employed in Medford at the Hope House Transitional Center.
Survivors include her mother, Nancy Wolff; sister, Ann Thomas; step-sister, Teretha Martinez; step-brother, Gari Wolff; daughters, Jennifer Cole and Tiphereth Wells. Her father, Clifford Wolff, preceded her in death.
Service will be at the Eagle Point National Cemetery on Aug. 5 at 11 a.m. Davies Crematorium and Burial Services, Vancouver, Wash., is handling the arrangements.
