Lavina Stockebrand, died, June 21, 2012, at her home in Prospect, Ore. She was born December 16, 1930, in Medford, Ore., to Victor Louis Chapman and Velma Faye Chapman. She married Neil Stockebrand.
Vi was retired and a life member of Prospect Search and Rescue and the Catfish Club. She was a past member of the Prospect Lioness Club. Vi enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Neil Stockebrand; daughter, Carolyn Gimenez; stepdaughter, Janet Stockebrand; stepson, Richard Stockebrand; sister, Lola DeRosier, of John Bay, Ore.; brothers, Dale Chapman, Cliff Chapman, and Dwayne Chapman, all of Prospect, Ore.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Clara Snyder, of Medford, Ore.; her grandson, Nicholas Setzer, of Bend, Ore.; and her parents.
