The Community Health Clinic will be offering sports physicals for students at the following locations.
Prospect High School, August 8, 9am – 12pm
Shady Cove Middle School, August 20.
Eagle Point High School, August 21, 8am – 3:30 pm
White City Middle School, August 22.
Eagle Point Middle School, August 23.
The cost is $10. All students must bring their sports physical paperwork completed and signed by their parent.
