Inmate Reward Climbs to $6,000

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate Bradley Monical. Monical escaped from the Jackson County Jail on November 19, 2012 just before 10:00 pm.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate leads and canvas areas in and around Jackson County. Everything from the Bear Creek Greenway, the area directly around the jail, portions of Highway 140 and other areas have all been searched.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with any information to please call the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office tip line at 541-774-8333 or Crime Stoppers of Southern Oregon at 1-800-850-0580. Crime Stoppers will pay a reward up to $6,000 for information that leads to an arrest in this case or any unsolved criminal activity. Callers can remain anonymous.

Jackson County Sheriff Deputies and Search and rescue have been combing the area between Shady Cove and Union Creek to warn people of the danger of the escaped prisoner. They have also published a new photo of the escapee and the description has changed slightly. He is currently listed as closer to 200 lbs and he has removed any facial hair and no longer has a shaved head, but has some hair.
