Largest Consignment Auction in the Region Offers Something for Everyone and Fun for the Entire Family

The 2013 Expo Consignment Auction takes place this Saturday, March 30, in two fast-paced sales rings at the Expo in Central Point Oregon. Organized by J&C Auctions and presented by Country Financial, items being auctioned include everything from farm equipment to nursery stock, antiques, livestock equipment, shop tools, and guns.

Auction items can be previewed on Friday, March 29 at the Expo from Noon to 7:30 p.m. The bidding and fun starts Saturday morning at 9 a.m. Pictures of auction items, including backhoes, trucks, scooters, rare antiques, western memorabilia, camping equipment, and more are currently available online at

Need something for your yard or garden? Two semi loads of Nursery Stock from Willamette Valley nursery include Japanese Maples, Viburnum, fruit trees, flowering plum trees, shrubs, and evergreens.

Firearms include new and used guns, including a never-used Smith & Wesson 32 Long, a 1903 Springfield Rock Island 30-06, a Model 88 Winchester 308, a Winchester Model 77 Tube Mag. 22LR, and more.

You can also get a glimpse of Oregon’s past at Saturday’s auction. A wide variety of rare antiques will be auctioned, including an 1863 covered wagon, butter churns, Native American art, western memorabilia and buck saws.

A full complement of saddles and tack are also available, including many hard to find and prized items, including custom-made silver bits & spurs from Bill Young, El Gato silver spurs and spade bits, and Romel braided rawhide reins. The auction provides the community with the opportunity to get amazing deals on a wide assortment of saddles, bridles, halters, and lead ropes.

Miscellaneous items include everything from lawn mowers to chainsaws, fencing supplies, lumber, and shop tools.
