Margie Magdalene Youngman, 83, died July 16, 2013 at Three Fountains in Medford, Oregon.
Margie was born Feb. 18, 1930 in Annieville, Arkansas, to Isaac and Dora Green.
Margie work in the laundry at Niles Hotel in Alturas, CA., then at Providence Hospital in Medford until she retired. Her interest included gardening, fishing, dancing, shuffleboard, dogs, cat, birds and bunco. She was a collector of owls. She was a member of the Eagles, the Northwest Bird Club and of the Hillbilly Band called the Household Cuties of Ed’s Oasis. She sang and played the tambourines from 1983-1990. She loved spending time with family and friends.
Margie is survived by her children, Lee Youngman and Ann Valencia (Oliver) of Eagle Point, daughter in-law Chrystal King of White City, sister Mary Emily Sims of Caraway, Arkansas. Grandchildren; Tammy Coryell, Patricia Ryckman, Marsha Youngman and Christa Youngman. Great Grandchildren; Kyleah Childers, Tristin Coryell and Lilliana Callegos.
She was preceded in death by her husband John Jacob Youngman, partner Bob Steele, Grandparents George and Laura Dodd, parents Isaac and Dora Green, brothers William Frank, Tyree, Charley Thomas and George Green.
