Bob Dowell, of Eagle Point, died Dec. 15, 2009.He was born Feb. 1, 1949 in San Lorenso, Calif., to Bobby Joe and Ann Dowell.Mr. Dowell served six years in the U.S. Army as a medical technician in Germany during the Vietnam War.
